IKEA kitchen remodels are great for smaller kitchens like this one.  IKEA Nexus birch cabinets where installed with "Red Dragon" granite as the countertop.  A fun mosiac backsplash was installed.  The back splash contains slate, mirror & natural stones.   We made  a wall cabinets with a landing shelf in the middle.  This is a great option for storage and displaying artwork.  Vinyl "Konnecto" flooring was installed over the existing laminate flooring.
